Welcome to Porters 2009 - home of superb snow conditions for skiing and snowbarding in the Canterbury region, Aotearoa.
At Porters we aim to give you the best all-round snow experience Canterbury has to offer. Being the closest ski area to Christchurch means more time on the snow for you, your friends and family.
Over the past year, we have undergone some significant changes in the structure of our operation and we’re pleased to see the benefits beginning to flow back to you. Our goal is to continually improve the facilities at Porters to maximize the potential of our versatile terrain.
We know it’s this variety that keeps you coming back. Anyone can ski here, whether it’s your first time up the mountain, you just want to have fun in the snow, or you want to hike a line you’ve long been dreaming of – there’s something for everyone.
