Snow In The Hills!

KIA ORA,

Well what a week we've just had. The Canterbury and Otago regions taking an absolute hammering from a relentless Southerly blast that shrouded us in wet cold weather all week!

Definitely well received, we accumulated more than 30cm of new snow at the base area, with various pockets of snow far surpassing that, in areas to the lee of the Sou-easter. A great start in terms of base, we'll be on the case and backing it up with more snowmaking as the temperatures continue to drop.

Just a quick email for you with some imagery from our Operations Manager, Luke Armstrong, from the ski area over the weekend, and a reminder for the close of the Training Programme purchases and shoulder Season Passes.

FROM THE MOUNTAIN

Not too much to say here, I'll let the pictures do the talking, '1000 words' and all that. Luke went for a wander on Sunday and took his mighty camera with him, returning with some spectacular shots from various points around the ski area. Big thanks to Luke for getting out there, hope the turns were worth it on the way down.
